When a family or youth is unhappy with an experience they had in any part of the YES system of care, they may submit a complaint. Complaints are valuable and an important part of the State being able to identify gaps and needs within the system of care. All complaints are taken seriously. Youth and their families should not be penalized or retaliated against for filing a complaint.
It is possible to submit anonymously if a youth or family wants to. Please see the contact information below for the complaint process for many YES system of care partners.
